We assumed Gusto was getting us a fair deal on benefits. Two short calls with Ignition saved us six figures and got us better coverage than we'd ever had.

I didn't realize how much money we were leaving on the table until Ignition ran the numbers. We saved $113,000 in year one, on a 25-person team. That makes a big difference.

We were running benefits on one system and everything else on Gusto, constantly moving data between them. Ignition merged it all into one. I'm not re-entering payroll reports anymore.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to work with Ignition?

Getting a full market analysis and a licensed team in your corner costs you nothing out of pocket. We run your workforce data, show you where you're overpaying, and you decide what to do next. There's no fee ever.

How is Ignition different from my current broker?

Most brokers hand you a renewal number and a two week timeline. Ignition builds your Benefits Risk Score from your own claims and demographic data, shops your plan to every carrier, and brings you every option side by side. You see the workforce data your rate is built on, the read most employers are never shown.

Will switching disrupt my employees' coverage?

No. We keep the same network and, where possible, the same doctors and formulary, then manage the negotiation, paperwork, and enrollment end to end. There's a defined path from first look to enrolled, with no coverage gap. AWM Capital added Mayo Clinic access while cutting cost.

How much of my time does this take?

Take 30 minutes to share where you're at and what's most important to you. Then it's on us. We generate your risk profile, market your plan, and bring you every option side-by-side. AWM Capital's switch took two 15-minute calls.
